If you become a client, we may also need service scheduling, access, invoicing and relevant cleaning instructions.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and provide cleaning services, communicate about your booking, maintain records and meet relevant business obligations. We do not publish your private contact details or property access details on this website.
Website forms and service providers
Our website is hosted through Netlify. Quote form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms and notifications are delivered to our business email systems, including email forwarding used for website enquiries. These service providers may process information on infrastructure outside Australia. You can ask us about the information we hold about you.
Photos and testimonials
We may document work with photographs for quality control or client communication. We aim to obtain appropriate permission before publicly showing identifiable client property details or testimonials. If you believe a photo or testimonial should not appear on our site, contact us and we will review your request.
